An NDA is available before any solicitation documents are exchanged. Here is what it covers and how to request it.
Email proposals@crestproof.com and ask for the NDA. We will send a copy for your review and signature before any file exchange begins. You are not required to send anything before the NDA is executed.
The CrestProof NDA is a mutual agreement. Below is a plain-language summary of the key provisions. The executed agreement governs — this summary is for reference only.
Solicitation documents you provide, any business context you share during intake, and the deliverables we produce for your engagement. Both parties' confidential information is covered.
CrestProof may use your documents only to perform the requested proposal operations engagement. We may not use your documents for training, benchmarking, marketing, or any other purpose without your written consent.
Confidentiality obligations apply during the engagement and for a defined period after engagement close. The specific term is stated in the executed agreement.
Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party without restriction is not covered. Standard NDA carve-outs apply.
You may request deletion of raw solicitation documents at any time after delivery. We confirm deletion in writing on request. Retention defaults are described in our data handling policy.
The agreement is mutual. CrestProof's engagement methodology and tools shared during the engagement are also covered under the same confidentiality standard.
An executed NDA does not expand the scope of work CrestProof can accept. The following remain outside scope regardless of NDA status:
We do not accept classified solicitations, classified attachments, or any documents requiring a cleared facility to access or handle.
We do not accept Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) with handling restrictions that CrestProof cannot currently meet.
We do not accept solicitations or attachments involving ITAR-controlled technology, hardware, or data at this stage.
