About CrestProof

Built for the proposal teams that are doing this work without a dedicated operations function.

Solicitation documents are dense. The cost of missing something is high.

Small and midsize civilian federal contractors face a specific operational problem: the solicitations they bid on are long, technically detailed, and full of compliance requirements spread across multiple sections. Missing a mandatory clause or misreading a deliverable requirement can undermine an otherwise strong proposal.

Large prime contractors have proposal operations teams to handle this work. Small and midsize contractors usually don't. Someone on the BD or engineering team absorbs the work on top of everything else they're doing.

CrestProof is the tool for that gap — structured extraction, human-reviewed analysis, and a usable package delivered before the crunch point hits.

A service-assisted proposal ops tool, not a SaaS platform.

CrestProof is not a self-serve product you log into. It is a service: you send the solicitation, we run the extraction pipeline and review every output, and you receive a structured package your team can work with immediately.

This framing is intentional. The current stage of the product is not ready for fully autonomous delivery. Human review is a feature, not a workaround — it is the quality control that makes the outputs trustworthy.

As the tool matures and the delivery process is proven, the self-serve path becomes possible. We are not there yet, and we are not pretending otherwise.

Civilian federal IT and services. Narrow by design.

CrestProof is focused on a specific category of work: civilian federal IT, cloud migration, zero trust, ATO support, FedRAMP, FISMA/NIST implementation, identity and access management, and technical consulting for civilian agencies.

Civilian agencies

GSA, HHS, VA, DHS, DOT, DOE, Treasury, USDA, and similar civilian agencies. This is where our extraction patterns and compliance logic are tuned.

IT and technical services

Cloud migration, zero trust architecture, FISMA/NIST compliance, ATO and FedRAMP support, identity and access management, legacy modernization, and adjacent technical consulting.

Not defense, not classified

Defense-primary solicitations, classified work, and ITAR-heavy programs are outside our current scope. This is a deliberate focus decision, not a limitation we are working around.

We are in active validation. Pilots are live engagements, not demos.

CrestProof is not a finished product with a long customer list. We are in the early stage of proving the approach works on real solicitations with real contractors. The $750 pilot exists to run real work and produce real evidence — not to sell a finished system.

This means you are working with a team that is responsive, involved in the engagement personally, and has a strong incentive to get the output right. Early pilots get direct attention, not a support ticket queue.

Questions before you commit?

Ask us anything. We will tell you honestly whether your solicitation is in scope and what you can expect from the engagement.
