Sample Outputs

See exactly what the deliverables look like — before you commit to a pilot. Both samples below are structured representative outputs showing the format, field labels, and traceability approach your team receives on a live engagement.

Structured, traceable outputs — exactly the format your team receives.

These are representative outputs based on a civilian federal IT solicitation scenario, not real client data. The field structure, traceability approach, and formatting are the same style used for live pilot work.

Requirement Checklist

Every shall, must, and key instruction extracted with source section, type label, and risk flag. Your team verifies against the original — no hunting for passages.

Compliance Matrix

Requirements mapped to proposal response sections with Owner and Status fields left blank for your team to complete. Formatted for immediate use — no cleanup required.

What each field is telling your proposal team.

The samples above are designed to be immediately actionable by a proposal manager, capture manager, or BD lead. Here is what each column is doing.

Source section reference

Every requirement row includes the section identifier exactly as it appears in the solicitation — C.2.1, L.5(b), M.3, etc. You can verify against the original document without searching.

Requirement type

MANDATORY means a shall or must statement the offeror must address. CONDITIONAL means a should or may. DELIVERABLE means a formal artifact required at a specific time. These drive the compliance matrix.

Risk flag labels

Requirements flagged HIGH represent areas where you may have a gap, where the language is ambiguous, or where compliance would be unusually costly. These are surfaced for your team's attention — not pre-decided.

Compliance matrix columns

The matrix ships with Owner and Status columns left empty for your team. The extraction work is done; the decision work is yours. This is intentional — the tool accelerates analysis, not decision-making.
