Standard pricing assumes a typical solicitation package. The following may result in a higher quote:

Solicitations over 200 pages or with heavy amendment churn may require additional time and are quoted separately.
Compressed timelines
Turnaround under 3 business days is outside standard scope and priced accordingly.
Out-of-wedge work
Work outside civilian federal IT and services — including defense-primary, ITAR-heavy, or construction — is not in scope at this stage.
